Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchange requests under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged or broken upon delivery
  • You received the wrong product (different from what you ordered)
  • The exchange request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

How to Request an Exchange

  2. Share your order number and clear photos of the issue
  3. Our team will review and confirm your exchange within 24 hours
  4. The replacement item will be dispatched once the original is returned

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items that have been used or opened (unless defective)
  • Items returned after 48 hours of delivery
  • Items purchased during sale or promotional events

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • Return shipping costs are covered by InnoScents for damaged or incorrect items
  • We do not offer cash refunds — exchanges or store credit only
